Lee County provides outstanding quality of life opportunities. Cumberland Gap National Historical Park is located just outside the county, and Wilderness Road State Park is located within the county.

In addition to parks, the county also offers a variety of other outdoor activities, including hiking and biking trails and golfing, swimming and tennis at Cedar Hill Country Club.
